Yeah, I know Naruto wouldn't actually use the kyuubi like that, but it makes more sense for her to say that, rather than 'we'll have fun everyday!'.
I like sakura, but that really wasn't one of her best lines.
Since this is Naruto, and that Sasuke is leaving for power, then I figured she would just try to counter Orochimaru alongside the confession.
And yes, I'm going with the Sasuke knows about the Kyuubi plot. ^^
